Hello all!!! So I’m back on the Get
Right Grind (GRG). I’m going to
really try to approach this is a different kind of way. I’m hoping that by keeping a blog and trying
to help others I’ll have a better chance of trying to get healthy. Something else I’m going to try differently is
to go through this GRG by not doing
it alone. I will be working towards being healthy with my two of my
friends. Our plan is to motivate,
support, and call each other out on our ish if necessary.
